Central Catering has been serving the four-state area of Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and Minnesota since 1975. We are full-service event caterers. No event too far, we will cater food to any location in the tri-state area….call for details!
Our trucks are self-contained mobile kitchens that allow us the ability to serve hot foods hot and cold foods cold. We have 19 catering vehicles at your service which are available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
Our food is served buffet style and well maintained by our courteous and polite staff. Food is kept fresh and we package up all leftover foods to allow event hosts to take them home if desired.
Central Catering offers a wide variety of menu options and is ready to help you with your next event. We can serve parties of up to 15,000!
